Each month, our First Editions Club members will receive:
- A signed, first edition hardcover book curated by our co-founder Lauren Groff and the team. Selections are primarily fiction, but we may occasionally choose a poetry or short story collection.
- Exclusive included access (in person or online) to a special event with the author. In-person attendees receive advanced access to event tickets before they are on sale to the public. For our special brunch event with Emma Donoghue, you will have the opportunity to buy a discounted ticket.
- For our first year, each book comes with a thoughtfully selected keepsake that complements the featured story.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option of selecting a recipient, start date, and subscription duration by selecting "This is a gift."
We plan to announce the book selection in advance, so you can put your subscription on pause if you would like to skip a month.
You can make changes, update your preferences, pause, or cancel your subscription through your online subscription portal or by contacting us (store@thelynxbooks.com). If you are cancelling or pausing your subscription, ensure you do so before your renewal date as we are not able to refund subscriptions once your card has been charged.
No! For your convenience, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription term using the credit card on file. You can update your credit card in the subscription portal.
Join at any time, but sign up by the last day of the preceding month to receive the next month's pick (Ex: sign up by March 31st to receive April's book). If you join after the deadline and you would like a specific month's book, please email store@thelynxbooks.com. We will make an effort to accommodate your request, but it will depend on stock availability at that time.
We will send information to our subscribers when it becomes available. There will be an opportunity to reserve your ticket in advance of the general public.
